If Trump refuses an interview, Mueller is ready to file criminal charges against him: report

Asked if he will agree to be interviewed by Robert Mueller, Donald Trump told reporters that such an interview is “unlikely” because there was no collusion between his campaign and Russia.

"We’ll see what happens," Trump said. "When they have no collusion … it seems unlikely that you’d even have an interview."

Norman Eisen, who served as President Obama's Special Counsel for Ethics and Government Reform from 2009 to 2011 before he became the Ambassador to the Czech Republic, responded to Trump's comments via Twitter, saying "if the interview doesn’t happen, Robert Mueller is ready to file criminal charges against Donald Trump.

Donald Trump said during a joint press conference alongside Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg following a meeting at the White House that there was "no collusion" between his campaign and Russia.
