Hillary Clinton on Florida shooting: "Remember these feelings in November, and VOTE."

Image
Hillary Clinton called for gun safety legislation in the wake of the Florida school shooting, urging everyone upset about mass shootings to remember their anger on Election Day.

"Now is the time to listen to the students, teachers, and parents demanding that we end this carnage once and for all with gun safety laws that keep guns out of the hands of those who shouldn’t have them," Hillary Clinton wrote in a Facebook post.

"Mass shootings are not inevitable," Clinton added. "The majority of Americans support common sense gun reform. Though we feel angry, heartbroken, even helpless now, we have the power to elect people who will protect lives, not gun sellers’ profits. Remember these feelings in November, and VOTE."

Robert Mueller: Russians tried to suppress minority voters in 2016 election

Image
Special counsel Robert Mueller's indictment alleges that Russians tried to convince minorities not to vote in the 2016 election as a means of suppressing Hillary Clinton's support.

Prosecutors claim that the Russians “began to encourage U.S. minority groups not to vote in the 2016 U.S. presidential election or to vote for a third-party U.S. presidential candidate.”

The Russians created false U.S. personas and stole the identities of real U.S. people in order to interfere with the 2016 presidential election, according to a federal indictment filed today.

Thirteen Russians and three Russian groups were charged Friday for interfering in the 2016 U.S. elections.

"A gunman, a crazy person just walks right into the school, knocks down the window of my child's door and starts shooting, shooting her and killing her," she added.

"Trump, you say what can you do. You can stop the guns from getting into these children's hands."

"This is not fair to our families," she continued.

"Trump, please do something. Do something, action," she said. "We need it now. These kids need safety now."
